High School, Virginia
Polytechnic Institute and the University of Richmond - Law.
He received his law
degree from the University of Richmond in 1963.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Renick
specialized in a broad range of real estate transactions
consisting of land acquisition and development loans,
commercial real estate transactions, contract
negotiations and drafting, § 1031 like-kind exchanges,
zoning and land use issues. He
has served as trustee in non-judicial foreclosure actions
for various real estate lenders, including commercial banks
and insurance companies.
