A native of Virginia, Harris is a graduate of Cave Spring
High School, and the College of William and Mary, School of
Business Administration. He received his law degree from
the College of William and Mary, Marshall-Wythe School of
Law in 1989.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Warner specializes in a
broad range of real estate transactions consisting of land
acquisition and development loans, commercial real estate
transactions, contract negotiations and drafting, § 1031
like-kind exchanges, zoning and land use issues. He has
served as trustee in non-judicial foreclosure actions for
various real estate lenders, including commercial banks and
insurance companies.
